Tender forms can be obtained from our office on all working days either by post or in person between 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours on payment of Tender fees in form of Crossed Demand Draft or cash of Rs. 1000/- ( Rupees One Thousand Only) for each item. Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of General Manager, IGTR Indore payable at Indore. Tender forms can be obtained by speed post by remitting Rs. 50/- in addition to cost of Tender documents. Indo-German Tool Room is not responsible for any postal delays.
Last date for issue of Tender Documents: 23.01.2013 up to 4:00 PM.
Last date for submission of Quotation: 24.01.2013 up to 5:00 PM.
The complete Tender documents along with Earnest Money and all supporting documents super scribing the envelope with name of Machine should be submitted by the schedule date.
The Technical Bid will be opened at 11:00 AM on 25.01.2013 in the Conference Hall of IGTR, Indore.

In case Tender Form is downloaded from our website, Separate DD of Rs. 1000/- (for each item) in favour of General Manager, IGTR, Indore payable at Indore along with Technical Bid Quotation should be enclosed with the Quotation.
Tender Form should be filled only in our format provided along with Catalogue etc. Supplier should submit the Technical & Commercial Bids according to Terms and Conditions enclosed. Duly signed copy of Terms and Conditions should be returned along with Technical Bid.
