Tool Design PRODUCT DESIGN 
Design department is equipped with latest CAD/CAM/CAE software's like Unigraphics, Mould Flow Analysis. We do complete Designs on 3D on Unigraphices. We use Mold Wizard module of UG for splitting the Core/Cavity and Progressive Die wizard for Designing the Press Tools. This ensures us to complete the designs in time and quality.  Design department undertake the product design based on customer requirement. We also undertake the Reverse engineering projects. We develop complete modules from the physical samples. We use ZEISS CMM and halos software for scanning and model development. They will be further edited /modified in CAD software to suit customer requirement.
